US Government Proposes Revised Quotas for Controlled Substances in 2009

The US government has issued a notice proposing revised 2009 aggregate production quotas for controlled substances in schedules I and II of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), a federal law regulating the production and distribution of certain medications and substances.
