EPA Lodges Proposed Amendment to Consent Decree for Pennsylvania Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed amendment to a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Clean Water Act, and the Pennsylvania Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act, related to the cleanup of hazardous sites in Pennsylvania.
