NIJ Hosts Restraints Standard Workshop for Manufacturers

The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is hosting a workshop on October 6, 2009, to introduce manufacturers to the new NIJ Restraints Standard, a revised version of the 1982 standard for metallic handcuffs, and to gather feedback.
