U.S. Department of Justice Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Additional Inmate Bed Space

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, is seeking to reduce prison overcrowding by requesting additional contract beds for low-security male criminal aliens, as part of the Criminal Alien Requirement 9 initiative, and has made the Draft Environmental Impact Statement available for public review.
