Establishment of 2010 Annual Needs Assessment for List I Chemicals Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The U.S. government has issued a notice establishing the initial 2010 Assessment of Annual Needs for certain List I chemicals, as mandated by the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which was enacted on March 9, 2006.
