U.S. Grants Permit for Otay Mesa East Border Crossing

The U.S. government has granted the General Services Administration a permit to build, operate, and maintain the Otay Mesa East border crossing near San Diego, California, at the U.S.-Mexico border. The permit was issued by the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs on November 19, 2018, following public comments solicited on the proposal.
