US Department of State Adjusts Munitions List Controls for Radar Items and Temporarily Modifies Category XI

The US Department of State has revised Category XI of the US Munitions List in response to public comments, removing items that no longer warrant inclusion, and temporarily modified paragraph (b) of Category XI to ensure national security.
