Town Hall Meeting on Modernizing the Columbia River Treaty Regime

The U.S. Department of State, in partnership with the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, will host a public forum on December 16, 2019, in Richland, Washington, to discuss a proposal to update the Columbia River Treaty, a key water management agreement between the U.S. and Canada.
