Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection on Returning Resident Status

The Department of State is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection to determine returning resident status, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is seeking Office of Management and Budget approval within a 30-day timeframe.
