UniSource Energy Development Company has submitted a notice of effectiveness for exempt wholesale generator status with Regency Power Corporation and several foreign utility companies, including Arasmeta Captive Power Company Private Limited, Sitapuram Power Limited, and Regency Power Corporation Private Limited, for its projects such as Locust Ridge II, Lempster Wind, and Happy Jack Windpower.
