EPA Proposes Revisions to North Carolina's Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Nonattainment New Source Review Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to align with changes to federal New Source Review (NSR) regulations, which were updated in 2002 and 2005, and to address the implementation of 1997 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
