Federal Government Adopts Automated Clearing House Rules

The US government is amending its regulation for using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system, adopting most rules from NACHA, with some exceptions, to address changes to the ACH Rules published in 2006 and 2007, and to provide two new exceptions to existing deposit account requirements.
