EPA Grants Temporary Exemption for Bacillus thuringiensis Cry2Ae in Cotton

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has temporarily exempted residues of Bacillus thuringiensis Cry2Ae in cotton and its food and feed commodities from the requirement of a tolerance, following a petition from Bayer CropScience LP under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). The exemption expires on December 31, 2012.
