Washington State Eases Potato Handling and Import Regulations

The State of Washington Potato Committee has relaxed the size requirement for handling and importing Irish potatoes, allowing for smaller potatoes to be sold in the fresh market, starting July 1 through September 30, and increasing marketing flexibility for growers and consumers.
