U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Proposes Republishing Legacy Record System for Bond Management Information

As part of the Department of Homeland Security's efforts to review and update legacy system of record notices, ICE proposes to republish a legacy record system titled Justice/INS.008, Bond Management Information System, as an ICE system of records titled Bond Management Information System, to better reflect the agency's immigration bond administration and financial management records.
