Tuberculosis; Amend the Status of New Mexico From Accredited Free to Modified Accredited Advanced

New Mexico is changing its status from an accredited-free zone to a modified accredited advanced zone due to the detection of two herds with bovine tuberculosis since May 2007. This change aims to reduce the spread of the disease within the US.
