Marine Mammals: Permits for Scientific Research Sought

Two entities, the National Marine Mammal Laboratory and the National Ocean Service Marine Forensic Lab, have submitted applications for permits to import marine mammal parts for scientific research purposes, with the National Marine Mammal Laboratory led by Dr. John Bengtson and the National Ocean Service Marine Forensic Lab led by Julie Carter.
