Countries Eligible for Millennium Challenge Account Assistance in FY 2009
The Millennium Challenge Corporation is required by law to publish a report identifying countries eligible for Millennium Challenge Account assistance in fiscal year 2009, as mandated by Section 608(d) of the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
