Coyote Springs Investment LLC Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, along with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Bureau of Land Management, has made the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Coyote Springs Investment LLC's (CSI) application for a Section 10 permit under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and a Section 404 permit under the Clean Water Act available to the public. The plan aims to conserve multiple species' habitats over 40 years, including those that may be listed as federally endangered.
