Intent To Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Folsom South of U.S. Highway 50 Specific Plan Project

The South Folsom Property Owners Group plans to develop a large-scale mixed-use community in Sacramento County, California, with approximately 10,045 homes, 7.4 million square feet of retail and office space, and 5 elementary schools, with construction expected to begin in 2010, pending market conditions.
