US Army Corps of Engineers Proposes Revision to Economic and Environmental Principles and Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies

The US Army Corps of Engineers is proposing a revision to the Economic and Environmental Principles and Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies, with the goal of revising the document in phases.
