EPA Removes Berks Landfill Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the removal of the Berks Landfill Superfund Site in Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
