EPA Region III Proposes to Delete Berks Landfill Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III is seeking public comments on a proposal to remove the Berks Landfill Superfund Site in Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
