DoD Issues Final Rule on Limitation on Service Contracts for Military Flight Simulators

The US Department of Defense has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, allowing the DoD to enter into service contracts for military flight simulators under certain conditions, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008.
