DoD Issues Interim Rule to Amend DFARS for Operations in Iraq or Afghanistan
The US Department of Defense has published an interim rule to implement provisions from the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, allowing the DoD to limit competition in certain acquisitions supporting operations in Iraq or Afghanistan.
