US Department of Commerce Issues Interim Procedures for Earned Import Allowance Program for Haitian Apparel

The US Department of Commerce has issued interim procedures to implement provisions of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, which establishes a benefit for Haitian apparel producers that meet a 3 for 1 earned import allowance standard.
