EPA Revises Ferroalloys Production Category and Proposes National Emissions Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the area source category list for ferroalloys production, adding calcium carbide and silicon metal to the list, and proposing national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants at these facilities, while exempting them from title V permitting requirements.
