Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for St. Croix Coral Reef Swim

The US Coast Guard is proposing a safety zone in Buck Island Channel, St. Croix, USVI, to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and mariners during the St. Croix Coral Reef Swim event, which will restrict vessel access unless authorized by the Captain of the Port San Juan or a designated representative.
