EPA Proposes Disapproval of Michigan's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove certain revisions to Michigan's prevention of significant deterioration State Implementation Plan (SIP), but may approve them if Michigan corrects the deficiencies in the rules, as proposed.
