EPA Finalizes Updates to Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations for Massachusetts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Air Regulations for Massachusetts to ensure consistency with onshore requirements, as mandated by the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, and to regulate emissions from offshore sources in the state.
