FINRA Approves New Corporate Financing and OTC Quotation Rules

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt new rules governing corporate financing, notification requirements for offering participants, and the withdrawal of quotations in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. These changes will be incorporated into the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
