EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed no objections to the proposed environmental impact statements and regulations, but recommended that the project proponent commit to preparing future plans, including a Transportation Plan, an Oil and Gas Decommissioning Plan, and a Tribal Consultation Plan.
