Forest Service Revises Land and Resource Management Plan for Kiowa, Rita Blanca, Black Kettle, and McClellan Creek National Grasslands

The Forest Service is updating the Land and Resource Management Plan for the Kiowa, Rita Blanca, Black Kettle, and McClellan Creek National Grasslands in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico, inviting public input and comments on the proposed changes.
