CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) Determines Unavailability of Certain Fabrics

The CITA has determined that three-yarn circular stretch knit fleece fabrics are not commercially available in the CAFTA-DR countries in a timely manner, prompting their addition to the list in Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR Agreement.
