U.S. Coast Guard Requests Revision of Information Collection Approval from Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking to revise its approval for the Continuous Discharge Book, Application, Physical Exam Report, Sea Service Report, Chemical Testing, and Entry Level Physical information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is inviting public comments on the request.
