Loan Guaranty: Loan Servicing and Claims Procedures Modifications Segment 7 Effective Date

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is implementing changes to its loan servicing and claims procedures, effective October 17, 2008, for industry segment 7 participants. These changes, outlined in Subpart F of Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 36, will govern the servicing and claims activities of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program.
