Medicare Program Announces 2009 Actuarial Rates and Premiums

The Medicare program has announced the monthly actuarial rates and premiums for 2009, including $192.70 for aged beneficiaries and $224.20 for disabled beneficiaries, with a standard monthly premium of $96.40 and a deductible of $135.00, effective January 1, 2009.
