BLM to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Sierra Pacific Power's Blackhawk to Heybourne Transmission Line Project

The Bureau of Land Management is initiating the process to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Sierra Pacific Power's proposed transmission line project, which spans across Storey, Lyon, Carson City, and Douglas counties in Nevada.
