US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Investigation on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film from the United Arab Emirates

The US Department of Commerce has made final determinations on sales of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from the United Arab Emirates, concluding that imports were sold at less than fair value and did not meet petitioners' allegations of targeted dumping.
