US Fish and Wildlife Service to Implement Late-Season Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations on Certain Federal Indian Reservations and Ceded Lands

The US Fish and Wildlife Service will issue special regulations for late-season migratory bird hunting on certain Indian reservations, trust lands, and ceded lands, in response to tribal requests for recognition of their authority to regulate hunting, and to ensure sustainable harvest levels compatible with bird populations and habitats.
