Notice of Waivers for the Rehabilitation Training-Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program (RCEP)

The U.S. Secretary waives certain regulations to allow the Rehabilitation Training-Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program (RCEP) to continue providing training to vocational rehabilitation (VR) agency employees and their partners, and to receive additional federal funding, from October 1 through December 15, 2008. This waiver enables RCEP grantees in Regions II and III to extend their project periods and receive extra federal funds.
