Exemption From Derivatives Clearing Organization Registration

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission proposes to allow exempt derivatives clearing organizations to clear swaps for U.S. customers under certain circumstances, and to permit persons outside the U.S. to accept U.S. funds for margin swaps cleared at exempt DCOs.
