Exemption of Certain Systems of Records Under the Privacy Act

The U.S. government has exempted four systems of records from certain privacy regulations, including the Automated Survey Processing Environment and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Information Tracking System, to facilitate their operation and maintenance.
