Medicare Program Revisions and Corrections

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a correcting amendment to the December 5, 2007 final rule, correcting technical and typographical errors in the Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug Contract Determinations, Appeals, and Intermediate Sanctions Processes final rule.
