Petroleum Refinery Standards Reconsideration and Stay Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a request for reconsideration and a stay of certain provisions in the new standards of performance for petroleum refineries until December 25, 2008, while keeping the effective date of the final rule unchanged at June 24, 2008.
