DuPont Performance Elastomers L.L.C. Requests Changed Circumstances Review and Revoke Antidumping Duty Finding on Polychloroprene Rubber from Japan

DuPont Performance Elastomers L.L.C. has asked the Department of Commerce to review changed circumstances and revoke part of the antidumping duty finding on polychloroprene rubber imports from Japan, citing a loss of interest in antidumping relief.
