EPA Announces Final PSD Determinations in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state environmental agencies in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands have issued final determinations regarding the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) regulations, affecting 16 projects between 2004 and 2008.
