Department of Homeland Security Issues Final Rule to Exempt Portions of Office of Intelligence and Analysis Enterprise Records System from Privacy Act Provisions

The Department of Homeland Security is issuing a final rule to exempt certain portions of its new Office of Intelligence and Analysis Enterprise Records System from provisions of the Privacy Act, citing criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
