U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to Grant Exclusive License for HDAC Inhibitor-Based Therapies for CNS Metastases

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is considering granting an exclusive license to Waypharm S.A.S. to develop and commercialize therapies based on histone deacetylase inhibitors for the treatment of central nervous system metastases from extra-CNS origin cancers, with potential territories in the U.S. and Europe.
