Third Party Contracting Guidance: Notice of Final Circular

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has issued FTA Circular 4220.1F, "Third Party Contracting Guidance" to provide comprehensive guidance to grantees and recipients of cooperative agreements (recipients) to implement third party contracting requirements that apply to FTA assisted procurements.
